MATECHI
Trust, security, and data boundaries

Keep evidence, access, and authority visible.

Matechi designs each deployment around the client's approved data sources, minimum required access, named review roles, action boundaries, retention requirements, and operating environment.

Keep evidence, access, and authority visible.

Data scope

Representative inputs, connected systems, retention, export, and deletion expectations are defined before a pilot. Public product examples use purpose-built sample data; client material is not reused as marketing proof without written approval.

Access and deployment

Integration credentials remain server-side, access is limited to the approved workflow, and deployment architecture is selected with the client. Available patterns depend on the product and may include client-managed cloud, private hosted service, or isolated proof environments.

Human authority and action safety

Findings, proposed actions, approvals, overrides, errors, and run receipts remain inspectable. Consequential model, release, or commercial decisions stay behind named client authority unless a different bounded control is explicitly approved.

Claims and assurance

Matechi does not claim a certification, compliance status, or security control that has not been independently established for the specific service and deployment. Client security review, data-processing terms, and architecture questions are handled during scoping.
