AI clash detection versus reviewed clash resolution.

Detection identifies a conflict. Resolution requires context, constraints, viable options, ownership, action, and verification that the updated model actually closed the condition.

AI clash detection versus reviewed clash resolution.

What detection establishes

The system should retain model versions, model pairs, element identifiers, intersection or clearance class, selected 3D context, and the current status of the result.

What resolution adds

A resolution path considers system priority, slope, clearance, supports, access, adjacent conflicts, ownership, and available movement. It may produce an eligible autofix preview, a constrained option requiring input, or an RFI and discipline handoff.

What to measure

Track actionable conflicts, accepted resolutions, reopened conditions, time to decision, handoff completeness, stale results, and verified closure after the new model version arrives.
